The COUNTDOWN is on! It's time to get SUMMERTIME FINE! Are you ready to torch and shed that unwanted body fat? The focus of this workout is to get your heart rate up and keep it up so your body can burn a greater number of overall calories!
This is a four part workout doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of active rest. Each part lasting 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes of continuous cardio! Beginners can take a short 5 minute break after each part. Advanced individuals can tackle all four parts, NON-STOP! It’s time to CHALLENGE yourself. If there’s NO challenge, there’s NO CHANGE!
No need to buy a timer, we've incorporated an audible timer throughout this workout to help you stay on track!
This DVD start with a low impact warm-up to get your blood flowing and it ends with a well-needed stretching session.

Equipment need of this DVD: 1 medicine ball and a pair of dumbbells. The weight of these objects will depend on your own body strength. Use a weight that challenges your body. You will also want to wear your Brick Built waist trimmer to help decrease the water weight around your midsection. This helps greatly with shrinking your midsection!
