Back-Orders (please read)
Our most popular items are sometimes on back-order because they sell quickly! You can still order a back-order item but it will not ship until we have the item back in stock. The "Ships On Or Before" date will be located directly under the red "BACK-ORDER ITEM!" button on the product's page (see example photo below). The date is usually an estimate ONLY. If the date changes it will be updated accordingly on the product's page under the red "BACK-ORDER ITEM!" button. Before you email us about your back-ordered items PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT'S PAGE FOR AN UPDATED SHIPPING DATE. The black "ADD TO CART" button means your order will ship in 1-3 business days. When you place an order for a back-order item, your card is charged at the time of purchase.
Normally our back-order items arrive sooner than the date given on the website but sometimes dates will have to be pushed back due to freight and importing delays. Back-ordered items normally sell quickly. If it's an item you are truly interested in we suggest you place your order as soon as possible. Your order will ship FIRST once it's restock and you don't have to worry about not getting your item or the possibility of the item not being in-stock again. If you placed your order during a sale promotion you will indeed receive your item for the sale price.
We will do our best to get your items to you quickly as possible. Please be patient.
If your order includes back-ordered item(s), we will ship everything in your order EXCEPT the back-ordered item(s). Bundles are always shipped together and cannot be split. Once the back-ordered item(s) is restocked in our warehouse it will be automatically ship to you. Once your item(s) ships you will receive an email confirming the item has shipped. That email will also contain your tracking number. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
International customers: We cannot split your order. We will ship your entire order when the back-ordered item arrive to our warehouse.
HOW TO FIND THE "SHIP ON OR BEFORE" DATE OF YOUR BACK-ORDER ITEM: Go to the product's page on our website and the date will be located under the red "Back-Order item!" button. That will be your "Ship on or before" date. Please see example diagram below.
