Preorder/Backorder
 We often offer the option to preorder some of our items. If there is a ship date beside the size option or if the button states "Preorder" on the website that means the item is available for preorder only. 

If you place an order that contains a preorder item, your order will be spilt. The instock item will ship to you and the preorder item will be placed on hold. 

Normally our preorder items arrive in our warehouse sooner than the date shown on our website. But sometimes dates will have to be pushed back due to freight delays. If the date is pushed back, the new date will be updated on the website as soon as we are aware of the delay. We make every effort to ship preorders on time but freight delays are beyond our control. As always, we appreciate your patience. 

Once your item(s) is restocked in our warehouse it will automatically ship to you. Once your item(s) ships, you will receive an email confirming the item has shipped. The email will also contain your tracking number. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). 
 
Our international customers: We cannot split orders due to customs and shipping cost. Your entire order will ship when the backordered item arrives in our warehouse.

When you place an order your card is charged at the time of purchase. 

CANVAS WALL ART and DUVET SETS: Due to the weight of these products, we cannot split orders that include these items. Back-orders that include these two items will be shipped as one shipment.
