If we have shipped you the wrong item or a defective item we will ship you out a new item and take care of all shipping fees with no cost to you. Please let us know immediately.
* BRICK BUILT TRIMMER CAPRIS, TOPS, and Sweat Tank w/ Waist Trimmer: Because of the weight of these items a $4.49 money order will need to be shipped back with these items if you need to exchange for a different size. You can also pay the $4.49 reship fee via PayPal or Credit Card. If you prefer to pay via Paypal or credit card we will email you an invoice for $4.49 once we receive your exchange items. We will not be able to reship these items without the reship fee. If the exchange size you're requesting is not available when we receive your items in our warehouse, your order will be placed on back-order and will be shipped when the item is restocked.
If you return an item for an exchange and we don't have the item in stock that you've requested, your order will be placed on hold until we restock that item or you can request a store credit. A refund will not be issued if your package was not postmarked by the 5th Day of your delivery date. For more info on our refund policy, please click REFUNDS
* CLEARANCE ITEMS: Final sale. No refunds given. Exchange policies applies to clearance items.
* FINAL SALE (NO REFUNDS): For sanitary reasons, clothing made to promote sweating (made of neoprene fabrics) are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but not limited to: waist trimmers, trimmer capris/pants, trimmers tops and sweat tanks.
Shower curtains and DVDs are also final sale (no refund).
If you would like to exchange an item(s):
1. Pack your item(s) into a secure shipping bag/box
2. Include note with details of size, style, and color needed or print our form EXCHANGE FORM
3. If you're exchanging the Brick Built Trimmer Capris or The Trimmer Top for a different size please enclosed a $4.49 money order to reship your items back to you.
4. If you're exchanging anything else other than the Brick Built Trimmer Clothing you do not have to include a reship fee.
5. We will take care of the rest :-)
*Please add tracking to your package so you are able to track it back to our location. It’s your choice whether you add insurance to your package but we strongly recommend it just in case your package is lost. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
All exchange items MUST BE in plastic and in new and sellable condition with tags attached. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed, damaged or soiled. No exceptions.
The customer has 15 DAYS to exchange an item. We must receive the exchange items in our warehouse no later than 15 DAYS from the date of delivery. After 15 DAYS the items can no longer be exchanged.
