If we have shipped you the wrong item or a defective item we will ship you out a new item and take care of all shipping fees at no cost to you. Please email us a photo letting us know immediately so that we may handle this as quickly as possible.
If you are unsatisfied with your items for ANY REASON please ship it back to us and we'll gladly issue a full refund (minus shipping fees). If you are requesting a refund, all returned packages must be postmarked no later than the 5th DAY from the date the order was delivered to your shipping address. The 5 day includes Saturdays but not Sundays or holidays. If your 5th day falls on a Saturday, your return package will need to be postmarked on that day. A postmark is assigned to all packages once you ship your package at the post office. Any orders we receive that is postmarked after the 5th DAY of order delivery will be refused and returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Please be careful when trying on the clothing. All returned items MUST BE IN NEW AND SELLABLE CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or have an odor. Any scent of perfume or deodorant stains on clothing will not be accepted. We will not issue a refund if the item is not returned in the same condition as it was shipped. No exceptions.
* CLEARANCE & MARK-DOWN ITEMS: Final sale. No refunds or exchanges are given. If you would like to return a clearance or mark-down item, you may do so for a store credit only.
* FINAL SALE (NO REFUNDS): For sanitary reasons, clothing made to promote sweating (made of neoprene fabrics) are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but not limited to: waist trimmers, trimmer capris/pants, trimmers tops, luggage covers, and sweat tanks. Earrings, Weekend bags, Flooring, Iron-on patches, jewelry, Shower curtains, bedding, pillows, and DVDs are also final sale (no refund). If an opened DVD is included with a bundle, the bundle will only qualify for store credit.

There's no need to contact us to return your items. Here's what you can do:
1. Include in your package your full name, order number and email address or you can print our easy Refund Form here: REFUND FORM
2. Put your item(s) and your note /Refund Form inside a shipping bag/box.
3. Take the package to your local shipping service.
Optional: We strongly recommend adding tracking so you are able to track it back to our location just in case it’s lost. Adding insurance is an option as well. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
Your refund will be processed within 3-14 business days (not including holidays) of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive a notification of the refund via email once it has been processed.
