If you're unsatisfied with your items for ANY reason please ship it back to us and we'll issue a full refund (minus shipping fees). The customer has 30 DAYS from the date of delivery to initiate a refund. We must receive the returned item(s) within 30 Days of order delivery or package will be refused and shipped back to customer.
All returned items MUST BE IN NEW AND SELLABLE CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed, damaged or soiled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
* CLEARANCE ITEMS: Final sale. Store credit issued. No refunds given.
* DVDS: Once opened, DVDs cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
* WAIST TRIMMERS: Final sale. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot exchange or refund.
There's no need to contact us. Here's what you can do:
1. Include inside your package your full name and email address or you can print our easy Return Form here: RETURN FORM
2. Put your item(s) and your note /Return Form inside a shipping bag/box.
3. Take the package to your local shipping service.
**ANY ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE!**
Optional: We strongly recommend adding tracking so you are able to track it back to our location just in case it’s lost. Adding insurance is an option as well. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive notification of the refund via email once it has been processed.
