Always check your fabric and know the amount of heat it can take from your iron. We will not be held responsible for damaged personal items.
How to iron on your patch: 1. Find a sturdy, flat surface to iron your patch(es) on. Make sure it’s something that can support a good amount of weight as you’ll need to push down on the patch.
2. Set iron to "dry" (no steam). Remove water from the iron.
3. Turn the iron on and set it to the hottest temperature your fabric can handle (the iron should have different settings for different fabrics).
4. Iron the garment first to make sure there aren’t any wrinkles.
5. Place the patch sticky side down, onto your fabric.
6. Cover the patch with a clean, dry average weight pressing cloth, thin towel, or an old doubled piece of a bedsheet.
7. Press iron down flat (do not move back/forth/around) for 20 to 45 seconds. Heavier fabrics require more time than lighter fabrics. DO NOT slide the iron back and forth!
8.Remove the iron and give the patch a minute or two to cool down.
9. Gently rub the edges of the patch with your finger. Does the patch move or do the edges lift? If so, cover it with the towel again and apply another 10 seconds of pressure with the iron.

How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once your return/exchange request is approved.
Return policies:
You can return or exchange your items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original and new condition.
- Clothing need to be unwashed and unworn.
- All items should be in the original packaging.
- Clothing will not be accepted if they have any stains or scents (perfume, sweat, deodorant, dirt, smoke, etc.).
- Clearance and mark-downs are final sales. No returns or exchanges.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees associated with returning their package. We do not issue return labels.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/return.
All returns and exchanges are processed within 3-7 business days. No refunds are given.
When you place an order for a pre-order item, your card is charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed and sent to our manufacturer.
If you place an order that contains a preorder item, your order will be spilt. The in-stock item will ship to you and the pre-order item will be placed on hold.
