We strongly recommend adding the Shipping Insurance to your order! It can be added during the checkout process. The United States Postal Service has had an increase of lost packages this year. 5. If you order a preorder item, the ship date will be located on the product page. Once the item is restocked at our warehouse, it will be ship to you immediately. Your order confirmation email will have an estimated ship date.
6. We ship worldwide! International orders can take up to 12 days to be delivered. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Please note shipping times may vary by country and are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes imposed by their country. We have no control over this. The customer will need to speak with the shipping/delivery company in their country concerning these fees.
7. If your order is flagged by our billing system, we may need to email or call you to verify your order.
8. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Brick Built LLC.
9. Please verify that all shipping, billing, and email information is correct before placing an order. If your package is returned to us due to and invalid address, we will notify you so you can make arrangements to have it re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for reshipping a package.
