How do I return?

  • Read all return policies before returning items.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once your return has been submitted.
Return policies:
  • Items can be returned for a store credit or an exchange within 20 days of the delivery date.
  • Due to the increasing cost of shipping exchanges, if a returned item is over 1 LB., it cannot be exchanged. A store credit will be issued. 
  • Items must be in original and new condition.
  • Any defective items need to be reported immediately. Please do not use the return portal to send back defective items. Email us at  
  • Clothing need to be unwashed and unworn.
  • All items should be in the original packaging.
  • Clothing will not be accepted if they have any stains or scents (perfume, sweat, deodorant, dirt, smoke, etc.). Please be careful when trying on clothing.
  • Clearance and markdowns are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning their package. We do not offer return labels.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with the details of your return.
  • Store credits are available for returns. Refunds are not given.
  • If you ship your package back to us and it requires a signature, your return process could be delayed.
