How do I return?

  • Please read all return policies before returning items.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once your return has been submitted.

Return policies:
  • Clothing will not be accepted if any stains or scents are present (perfume, sweat, deodorant, dirt, smoke, etc.). Please be careful when trying on clothing. Any fragrances on your body will easily transfer to the clothing making it ineligible to be returned. If a return is rejected by our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees to return the item. 
  • Items can be returned for a store credit or an exchange within 20 days of the delivery date.
  • Due to the increasing cost of shipping exchanges, if a returned item is over 1 LB., it cannot be exchanged. A store credit will be issued. 
  • Items must be in original and new condition.
  • Any defective items need to be reported immediately. Please do not use the return portal to send back defective items. Contact us here
  • Clothing need to be unwashed and unworn.
  • All items should be in the original packaging.
  • Clearance and markdowns are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning their package. We do not offer return labels.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with the details of your return.
  • Store credits are available for returns. Refunds are not given.
  • If you ship your package back to us and it requires a signature, your return process could be delayed.
