3. Can I get a return label? We do not issue return labels. Customers are responsible for the fees associated with returns. But we do handle the fees to ship an exchange back to our customers. Please read our full policies here RETURNS & EXCHANGES

4. Will unavailable/out-of-stock items be restocked?
We never know if an item will be restocked or not. The best way to stay updated with our restocks is to sign up for our newsletter. You can do this by scrolling to the very bottom of our website. You will see "Updates To Your Inbox". Add your name and email address and you will be notified via email when we restock an item.

6. How accurate are your clothing sizes? Our size charts are estimates only. If you normally wear a large; order a large. If you normally wear a 2X; order a 2X. In other words, please order the size you normally wear. If any of our items run smaller or larger it will be indicated on the product's detail page. 

7. I returned an item, when will I get my store credit or exchange? Please allow 3-7 business days for a store credit to be issued or a exchange to be shipped. 

8. Can I cancel my order? Once an order has been placed, processing starts soon after. Cancellations are not guaranteed if an order has already started processing. Please make sure your order is accurate before you enter your payment info.  

9. Why did I get an email from Brick Built stating my order was flagged and I need to provide additional verification?  Sometimes our billing system may flag a customer's transaction. In this case, we will need to contact you via email and phone to verify your identity and credit card info before we ship your order. We will need to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the card used and you have full knowledge of the transaction. This verification step lowers the chances of fraud to you the customer and to our business. We appreciate your understanding. 

10. Where are you located? We are located in Columbia, South Carolina. All items ordered on our website is shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina.
