Pre-orders

We offer pre-orders on select popular items.

If you see a Pre-Order button on the product page, that means the item is currently available for pre-order only. The estimated ship date will be listed near the Pre-Order button.

If you placed your order through Facebook or Instagram, please note that Facebook recently changed how pre-orders appear on their platform. You may see a Preorder tag on the item, but Facebook no longer displays the estimated ship date there.

To view the estimated ship date, please visit the product page on our website or contact us directly.

Check your order confirmation email. The estimated ship date should be there as well if you placed your order directly on our website. If you order from Facebook/Instagram, the order date may or may not be in your order confirmation email. 

When you place an order for a pre-order item, your card is charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed and sent to our manufacturer.

If you place an order that contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be placed on hold and shipped when the pre-order item(s) arrive at our warehouse. If you would rather your in-stock item(s) ship sooner than your pre-order items, please place two separate orders. 

Normally, our pre-order items arrive in our warehouse sooner than the date shown on our website. But sometimes dates will have to be pushed back due to freight delays. We make every effort to ship pre-orders on time, but freight delays do happen and are beyond our control. As always, we appreciate your patience.

Once pre-order items are restocked in our warehouse, your order will automatically ship to you. You will receive an email confirming the item has shipped, along with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
