We offer the option to pre-order some of our popular items. If there is a Pre-Order button on the product's page, that means the item is available for preorder only. An estimated ship date will be listed near the pre-order button.
When you place an order for a pre-order item, your card is charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed and sent to our manufacturer.
If you place an order that contains a preorder item, your order will be spilt. The in-stock item will ship to you and the pre-order item will be placed on hold.
Normally our pre-order items arrive in our warehouse sooner than the date shown on our website. But sometimes dates will have to be pushed back due to freight delays. If the date is pushed back, the new date will be updated on the website as soon as we are aware of the delay. We make every effort to ship pre-orders on time but freight delays are beyond our control. As always, we appreciate your patience.
Once pre-order item is restocked in our warehouse, it will automatically ship to you. You will receive an email confirming the item has shipped along with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Our international customers: We cannot split orders due to customs and shipping cost. Your entire order will ship when the backordered item arrives in our warehouse.
CANVAS WALL ART and DUVET SETS: Due to the weight of these products, we cannot split orders that include these items. Orders that include these two items will be shipped as one shipment.
