Pre-orders

We offer the option to pre-order some of our most popular items. If there is a Pre-Order button on the product's page, that means the item is available for preorder only. An estimated ship date will be listed near the pre-order button. If you placed your order on Facebook or Instagram, there should also be a preorder date listed near the order button. 

Check your order confirmation email. The estimated ship date should be there as well, if you placed your order directly from our website. If you order from Facebook/Instagram, the order date may or may not be on your order confirmation email. 

When you place an order for a pre-order item, your card is charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed and sent to our manufacturer.

If you place an order that contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be placed on hold and shipped when the pre-order item(s) arrives to our warehouse. If you rather your in-stock item(s) ship sooner than your pre-order items, please place two separate orders.

Normally our pre-order items arrive in our warehouse sooner than the date shown on our website. But sometimes dates will have to be pushed back due to freight delays. We make every effort to ship pre-orders on time but freight delays do happen and are beyond our control. As always, we appreciate your patience.

Once pre-order items are restocked in our warehouse, your order will automatically ship to you. You will receive an email confirming the item has shipped along with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
