Shipping & Delivery


1. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During sales and holidays, processing time may take longer.

Ground Advantage:
Processing: 1-3 days. Delivery: 3-7 days

2. Please double-check your order before placing it. Once an order has been placed and sent to our warehouse, it will be difficult to cancel or change.

3. A tracking number will be sent to your email after your order has been processed and shipped.

4. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the United States Postal Service. Please call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or visit the local post office in your area if you have issues with your delivery.

5. If you order a preorder item, the ship date will be located on the product's page. Once the item is restocked at our warehouse, it will be shipped to you immediately. Your order confirmation email will have an estimated ship date.

6. We ship worldwide! International orders can take up to 12 days to be delivered. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Please note shipping times may vary by country and are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes imposed by their country. We have no control over this. The customer will need to speak with the shipping/delivery company in their country concerning these fees.

7. If your order is flagged by our billing system, we may need to email or call you to verify your order.

8. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Brick Built LLC.

9. Please verify that all shipping, billing, and email information is correct before placing an order. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you. You can make arrangements to have it re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for reshipping a package.
